Brand History
Red Dragonfly Educare has a notable history that traces back to its inception in 2012. It began modestly as a residential tuition class initiated by our founders, aimed at helping students excel academically and develop personally. The class quickly gained popularity among parents for its positive impact on students’ academic performance and character growth.
As demand for our services grew, many parents sought enrollment for their children. However, limited space hindered our ability to accommodate everyone. Encouraged by overwhelming support, our founder took a bold step forward and rented a shop office on the third floor, officially establishing our first Daycare and Tuition center in Puchong.
The Origin of Our Brand
Our brand, ‘Red Dragonfly,’ was recommended through a collective vote by a group of our primary school students at the time. Therefore, in 2013, we officially adopted ‘Red Dragonfly Educare’ as our new brand and opened our first Daycare and Tuition center in the Puchong shop office. This brand name holds special significance and sentiment for us, as it was chosen by our founding teachers and our initial group of students together, symbolizing our vibrant and transformative educational journey.

Over the years, our educare has evolved under the leadership of a seasoned management team with over 19 years of experience in education. From its humble Beginning with a single unit shop-office tuition center in 2013, Red Dragonfly Educare has expanded into a professional one-stop primary and secondary daycare and education center, boasting 11 units of shop office. Our proudest achievement lies in the remarkable surge in student enrollment, which has grown by over 1600% in just 7 years.
We are certified by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) and Jabatan Kebajikan Malaysia (JKM), Red Dragonfly Educare upholds the highest standards of education. Our team of qualified tutors holds MOE teaching permits registered with the Ministry of Education Malaysia, delivering professional tuition and daycare services for children aged 6-17. Committed to continual improvement, we offer a range of extra-curricular activities such as Yoga for Kids, Zumba for Kids, Hands on science program, Singapore Math, Cambridge English and more to enrich our students’ learning experiences.
In late 2019, we embarked on a mission to attract top talent and enhance our remedial teaching and training capabilities. This initiative led to the creation of a fair and equitable remuneration system, along with standardized promotion and entrepreneurial opportunities for our staff. As a result, we have welcomed a new wave of talented teachers dedicated to providing high-quality education to our students.
In 2021, our efforts have not gone unnoticed, as reflected in the continuous growth of customer satisfaction over the years. In market surveys conducted in 2019, 2020, and 2021, we achieved an impressive 97% satisfaction rate among parents, highlighting our unwavering commitment to excellence in education.
In 2022 and 2023, our institute was honored to receive the prestigious Malaysia Excellence Education Entrepreneur Award, along with recognitions and certifications from various government-related bodies and associations. This achievement has propelled us towards becoming a highly successful “Award-winning Education Center.” Additionally, our founder has been recognized by MTPN as a Malaysian influencer educator and by British Publication House as one of Malaysia’s successful people.
